What payment methods do you accept?

The Brand Store accepts Visa, American Express, MasterCard and Discover. Your credit card statement will reflect payment to HALO BRANDED CERTIFIED.

We also accept Brand Store Gift Cards as payment, which can be added on the Payment page during checkout.

You may update your billing information in the My Account section of the site, which is accessible by clicking your name in the header on the top right-hand side of the page after you’ve logged in.

All branded merchandise is shipped via UPS. At checkout, you will be given the following shipping options:
  • Ground Shipping (3-5 business days): For a flat fee of $5.95
  • 2-Day Shipping: For a flat fee of $20.00
  • Next Day Shipping: For a flat fee of $28.00

All in-stock orders will ship within 48 hours. Once your order is en route, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number.

Personalized products and Perlmutter Cancer Center products are made especially for you and will add 1 to 2 weeks for receipt. Please note, these items will ship separately from any in-stock purchases.

You may check the status of your in-stock order in the My Account section of the website, which is accessible by clicking your name in the header on the top right-hand side of the page after you’ve logged in.

Your in-stock purchases are backed by our 90-day satisfaction guarantee**.

If the merchandise does not meet your expectations and is in like-new condition, we will accept the return for a refund or credit within 90 days from receipt. All returns are subject to a $5.95 restocking fee.

** The following products are not eligible for return and / or store credit:

If you believe your Perlmutter Cancer Center or Personalized product has a material or manufacturing defect, please contact our Brand Store Customer Service Team@ 833.906.0069 or email nyulangone@halo.com within 30 days of the invoice date. We will then replace your order or issue a refund.

To order personalized merchandise, please contact our Custom Order Team at Brandstore@nyulangone.org. Personalized merchandise offerings will be coming soon to the Brand Store.

If you’d like to order an item that is currently out of stock, please click the “Notify Me” button on the product page. Once that item comes back into inventory, you’ll receive an email directly to your inbox with a link to shop.

Sending a gift? No problem! From your shopping cart, select the “Gift Options” link to have your order beautifully gift wrapped and topped with a personalized notecard. Gift wrapping and personalized notecard is available for $9.95, one per order.

Please note: Personalized products and Perlmutter Cancer Center products are not eligible for gift wrap and will ship separately from any in-stock product

An E-Card is a free personalized note to celebrate or congratulate your colleagues and friends. To send an E-Card click HERE and select the card of your choice from the available assortment. Add your recipient’s information, a special note, your information and click Send. It’s that easy! You will be sent an email, confirming that your E-Card was sent. You may also receive a copy of the E-Card by clicking “Send Me A Copy” directly below the send button.
