What payment methods do you accept?

The Brand Store accepts Visa, American Express, MasterCard and Discover. Your credit card statement will reflect payment to HALO BRANDED CERTIFIED.

We also accept Brand Store Gift Cards as payment, which can be added on the Payment page during checkout.

You may update your billing information in the My Account section of the site, which is accessible by clicking your name in the header on the top right-hand side of the page after you’ve logged in.

We ship to all 50 states via UPS. We do not ship to PO boxes. At checkout, you will be given the following shipping options:
  • Ground Shipping (5-7 business days): For a flat fee of $5.95
  • 2-Day Shipping: For a flat fee of $20.00
  • Next Day Shipping: For a flat fee of $28.00

Delivery times go into effect the business day after you place an order.

Sala Institute for Child and Family Centered Care products are made especially for you and will require an additional 1 to 2 weeks to produce and these items will ship separately from all other products.

Your Brand Store purchases are backed by our 90-day satisfaction guarantee*. We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed and undamaged Brand Store products purchased via the online store. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. All returns are subject to a $5.95 restocking fee.

If you believe your product has a material or manufacturing defect, please contact our Brand Store Customer Service Team @ 833-906-0069 or email nyulangone@halo.com within 30 days of the invoice date. We will then replace your order or issue a refund.

If you’d like to order an item that is currently out of stock, please click the Notify Me button on the product page. Once that item comes back into inventory, you’ll receive an email with a link to shop.

Sending a gift? No problem! From your shopping cart, select the “Gift Options” link to have your order beautifully gift wrapped and topped with a personalized notecard. Gift wrapping and personalized notecard are available for $9.95. One gift wrap per order. All products in the order will be wrapped together.

Please note: Sala Institute for Child and Family Centered Care and diploma frames are not eligible for gift wrap and will ship separately from all other products.

An E-Card is a free personalized note to celebrate or congratulate your colleagues and friends.To send an E-Card click HERE and select the card of your choice from the available assortment.Add your recipient’s information, a special note, your information and click Send. It’s that easy!You will be sent an email, confirming that your E-Card was sent. You may also receive a copy of the E-Card by clicking “Send Me A Copy” directly below the send button.

Electronic gift cards may be purchased on The Brand Store in the following denominations: $10, $25, $50, $75, $100, $250. After checkout, you will receive an email with the unique gift card code. You must share the email and / or unique code with the intended recipient.

You may purchase more than 1 gift card at a time. If you purchase multiple gift cards you will receive an individual email for each unique gift card code.
All gift cards are redeemable on The Brand Store. To redeem the gift card, enter the gift card code during the checkout process.

To check the balance of your gift card, please follow these steps:

  • Login to your account
  • Click your name at the top of the screen
  • Click My Gift Cards under My Account on the left of the screen
  • Enter your gift card number if you have not done so already
